Eric Barker, Barking up the wrong tree

less than 1 minute read

It is a lovely read, with a caveat: it is way too packed. It feels like a summary of the other many books that I have read. It doesn’t focus on addressing a topic, but touching all of them. Probably because of that, you get tired of the many references to studies (“A study from… says…”)

Despite all that, I did enjoy it, and I may give it another try later in the year*. It might be an excellent summary of concepts. Also, I did enjoy the more informal way he writes at times. Talking directly to the reader and asking us questions.

[*] I notice I say that many times lately.
